Located in the basement and subbasement at the east end of the building off North Ave, it offers valet parking services provided by MCM Parking. Parking attendants are available 24/7. Type 2 EV chargers are now available; only .40/kwh
Residents who are interested in monthly parking can reach out to our property manager, LaTeresa Fenner. For non-residents, parking is available hourly, daily, or monthly. Inquire with a parking attendant on duty or call the garage directly at (312) 280-8502.

Small repairs and services are provided by our building engineers for a modest fee. Go to the First Service Residential website and fill out a “service request” form.
Our property manager, LaTeresa Fenner, is a certified notary and will notarize documents for residents at no charge.
There is a secure Pro-Shred document repository located in the conference room for residents’ use. Pro-Shred comes every 2 weeks to empty and shred the contents.
Hibee Cleaners located at 1455 N. Sandburg Terrace will pick up and/or deliver laundry/dry cleaning at the Constellation for no additional charge.
High-speed internet, including TV cable hook-up, is provided to the building by RCN. The Showtime channel is included.
You can see the building’s front door by tuning your television to channel 196.The Constellation recycles. Put your recyclables on the ledge in the stairwell and our staff will ensure it is put in our recycle bins.
